I’ve had sleeping problems since college. I’ve been sleeping at most 5-6 hours per night, but constantly waking up in the night and often not going back to sleep. This has been going on for about 30 years. Recently I did brain training at BrainWave to help with this.
Immediately, the night after the first session, I was sleeping better and slept the whole night. I now sleep 6-7 hours and I sleep right on through the night. I am really happy with my sleep now. As a side bonus, I also noticed that my vision has improved. I don’t know how to explain it, other than things seemed to be much clearer. Thank you!
